Worked to organize and manage both internal creative and tech development teams to help redesign and maintain Mercedes-Benz USA’s digital platforms. Core duties involved managing creative teams, front and back-end development teams, analytics teams, client communications, and the development of project plans for internal and client use. Additional responsibilities included ensuring that teams were staffed with proper personel and that client timelines and budgets were being used efficiently. Other responsibilities involved organizing and leading daily team meetings as well as fostering and maintaining positive client relationships.
